Protein is another greet nutrient that can help cut body weight. Protein helps build muscle; it also cuts down your cravings so eat less.

So add as much protein as you are allowed into your diet and cut down on carbs and others.

Carbs are another great factor that accumulates as fat on the belly. If you want to lose weight especially around your belly, you must cut on your carbs consumption right away.  Low fat and low carb diet is extremely helpful in weight loss.  

Fibre is a great thing to add to your diet a bit more if you want to lose weight. Fibre is known to make you feel full and cut your appetite. It also helps cleanse the body of toxins.
