I found this topic interesting as I was always amazed how great a role water plays in our lives. Water refreshes you better than any other drink.
It helps you keep yourself clean when you take a bath. Water also cleanses your body of toxins when you drink in right amounts. It dilutes the toxins in your body and washes them away.
Water makes you feel full and you end up eating less than usual, leading to weight loss.
Water contains no calories so you can drink as much as you can without worrying about weight gain.
A word of caution though – if you drink too much of water you may suffer from water intoxication and become sick.
It is believed that on average an adult can drink about 6-8 glasses of water a day to keep good health.
When you spread the consumption of water evenly throughout the day, it helps you feel well hydrated and digest your food well.

As you’d not drink any water during the night while asleep, all your body parts like liver, kidneys etc. could be very dehydrated by the time you wake up in the morning.
